ICE CREAM EXPERIENCE
The Gelato Experience will allow you to see and try firsthand how an artisanal ice cream shop laboratory works.
It will consist of three parts:
- The first part will be dedicated to the history of artisanal ice cream.
- During the second, the machinery needed to make artisanal ice cream, the ingredients that make it up and their role in the ice cream will be illustrated.
- In the third part of the experience, participants will personally make an ice cream flavor.

Campo Ligure is recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is also the national capital of Filigree; the experience begins with a visit to the Filigree Museum, perfectly inserted in the historical context of the village; it continues with a visit to a local specialized filigree goldsmith's laboratory, where this refined technique of working gold and silver will be explained.
The next stop will be an aperitif-lunch at the Spinola Castle, where it will be possible to taste the flavours of the area, accompanied by the wines of Monferrato.
Following a visit to the Castle with its characteristic architectural structure that dominates the medieval village, the snow house and the open-air museum “Il Giardino di Tugnin”, a collection of statues with sacred and mythological themes.

WINE & COMICS
We will accompany you to Bubbio, in Alto Monferrato, to introduce you to the producers of the first certified BIO wine in Italy in 1992, the famous Moscato d'Asti San Grod. A special experience for the "Vignette in vigna", 40 vignettes on the themes of wine permanently exhibited outdoors among the rows of the San Grato vineyards, including the longest Vignetta in Italy, 70 meters x 1 meter high on the wine in a single large cloth. The tasting will take place in a room where a natural spring flows, accompanied by organic wines, cured meats and cheeses, an atmosphere to be experienced and enjoyed! A tasting experience that can be included in the context of a mini-tour done independently, with a visit to Acqui Terme, an ancient spa town of Roman times, Monastero Bormida and Bistagno, small villages characterized by an atmosphere of times gone by.

WINE TOUR IN THE VINEYARD

THE CHEESE ALCHEMIST
A true artist of cheese making and cheese refining, in his farmhouse, equipped with a laboratory and rooms for maturing, this friendly gentleman produces over 70 types of cheese thanks to his knowledge of molds, ferments and lactic curd. The journey winds through all the processes, with storytelling and anecdotes about his life and his profession; at the end, tasting with: 4 dishes in 4 courses with at least 8 types of cheese, 4 glasses of dedicated wine divided into 4 dishes, tasting of oils and breads, breadsticks, liqueurs and digestives of own production and coffee. 50 SHADES OF RUCHE'
Ruché is a centuries-old vine; its history is not known exactly, but it is certainly one of the most interesting and dynamic native Piedmontese vines. There are many legends about its name, with one in particular that seems the most reliable. It is said that in a farmhouse, called “Rocca”, some friars vinified this sweet wine to give to the inhabitants of the nearby Poggio castle: hence the origin of the term Ruchè. It sprouts slightly later than other vines, with vegetation of a more vivid green and with thicker shoots. It produces a long and sparse bunch, with round grapes and many seeds. Always very sweet and very early grapes.
It can be drunk vintage or even aged. Visit to the production cellar and tasting of 4 Ruche' paired with local salami and cheese. Experience that can be completed with a visit to Frassinello Monferrato and a visit to the Castle or Vignale Monferrato with truffle hunting, quad bike ride or e-bike rental for a "walk" through the vineyards and the rolling Monferrato hills.

English: we called it “Spend a day with us” and it can be booked from Tuesday to Sunday, it takes place in the cellars of Canelli, Castagnole delle Lanze and Santo Stefano Belbo, for lunch: - In the morning we will visit Contratto, during the tour they will explain the wine production method and you will walk together through the tunnels that, since 2014, are part of the UNESCO World Heritage of the Underground Cathedrals of Wine; the tour will be followed by a tasting of Classic Method sparkling wines, all vintage. After that, you will reach the Ape Wine Bar in Santo Stefano Belbo on your own, which will be happy to welcome you for a lunch where territory and experimentation will pleasantly meet, obviously accompanied by Contratto wines. In the afternoon we will reach Castagnole delle Lanze on your own for a visit to La Spinetta, in order to end your day in style: you will taste the great wines of Piedmont in the splendid setting of the barrel cellar and the Langa hills

WINE PAINTING
Wine turns into painting thanks to this original experience that will be led by Rolando and Natalia two artists who gave life to the laboratory “Terra e Cielo”, located in Ovada, a safe place, where you can discover and express who you are. A place where art lives for everyone and in everyone.
To create this experience, a themed location was chosen: a wonderful underground cellar from 1870. Owned by the Bistagnino family, it occupies a space of 700 square meters that extends between via Cairoli, via Sligge, the extension of via lung'Orba, right in the historic center of Ovada. Dominating the entrance hall is the gigantic press where the grapes to be pressed were delivered.
The meeting will be at the above-mentioned location at 3:30 pm where Rolando and Natalia will welcome our guests. We will proceed to analyze the various nuances of wine to give life to a real work of art. At the end of the day the manager of the Om Garden club (a
nice home restaurant and cocktails located exactly above the cellar) will prepare an aperitif that can be consumed either directly in the cellar or in the original garden located at the entrance of the place depending on the weather conditions)

NEMO'S GARDEN
Nemo's Garden is an underwater cultivation, a project born to address major global issues such as: climate change , pollution , malnutrition and hunger.
It is actively operating and open to visitors from late June to late September.
The garden is located in Noli , Italy, and consists of an underwater installation of several vinyl-plastic biospheres containing various types of herbs, vegetables and flowers that are being tested and observed for this alternative and sustainable way of gardening.
This experience will allow you to snorkel accompanied by a guide to discover Nemo's Garden, a unique installation in the world accessible to everyone.
