Experience on the border between Liguria and Piedmont, with a walk through this village that is very reminiscent of the Genoese "carruggi", for its colors, for its houses, for the focaccia! The imposing Gavi fort is a historic, purely defensive fortress built by the Genoese on a pre-existing castle of medieval origin. It is state property and is used as a museum. It is located along the Via Postumia which in ancient times connected the Republic of Genoa to Lower Piedmont ( Monferrato ) and Lombardy . At the end of the walk, tasting at the Gavi Producers, a globally recognized brand, with a route called "Calcatio 5 labels", a DOCG branded route, accompanied by a platter of typical products and the inevitable amaretti, a typical local dessert.

The Jewel of our Lands
The Cascina is located on the rolling hills of Monferrato Ovadese, an area which, in addition to being very renowned for its wines, is no less famous for its prized white truffle. Everyone agrees on the extraordinary aroma and quality of the white truffles of these lands, true delicacies highly appreciated in the past, think of Gioacchino Rossini, who defined the truffle of these hills as "The Mozart of mushrooms". In a splendid rural context that takes you back to the past, our farmhouse boasts a natural reserve of white truffles.
The discovery
Duration of the visit: 2 hours. Times: at the customer's choice
Clothing: comfortable shoes, sportswear or clothing suitable for a short excursion in the countryside. Details: guided tour with direct experience of truffle hunting, with the possibility of accompanying the dog in the meticulous search, always accompanied by Trifulao.

ICE CREAM EXPERIENCE
The Gelato Experience will allow you to see and try for yourself how the laboratory of an artisanal ice cream shop works.
It will consist of three parts:
- The first part will be dedicated to the history of artisanal ice cream.
- During the second, the machinery necessary for making artisanal ice cream will be illustrated, the ingredients that compose it and their role in the ice cream.
- In the third part of the experience, participants will personally create a flavor of ice cream.
At the end of the experience each participant will receive a tub of approximately 1 kg with the ice cream made or with flavors chosen from those available in the window .

LIGURIAN FIELD
BETWEEN FLAVORS & HISTORY
Experience between flavours, history and craftsmanship.
Campo Ligure is recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is also the national capital of Filigrana; the experience begins with a visit to the Filigrana Museum, perfectly inserted in the historical context of the village; we continue with a visit to a local specialized filigree goldsmith's workshop, where this refined gold and silver processing technique will be explained.
The next stop will be an aperitif lunch at the Spinola Castle, where it will be possible to taste the flavors of the area, accompanied by Monferrato wines.
Followed by a visit to the Castle with its characteristic architectural structure that dominates the medieval village, the ice house and the open-air museum "The Garden of Tugnin", a collection of statues with a sacred and mythological theme.
Finally, there will be time for a tour of the small ancient streets, with their shops and boutiques where you can go shopping.

WINE AND COMICS
We will accompany you to Bubbio, in Alto Monferrato, to introduce you to the producers of the first organic certified wine in Italy in 1992, the famous Moscato d'Asti San Grod. Special experience for the "Vignettes in the vineyard", 40 cartoons on wine themes permanently displayed outdoors among the rows of San Grato vineyards, including the longest cartoon in Italy, 70 meters x 1 meter high on the wine in one large sheet. The tasting will take place in a room where a natural spring flows, accompanied by organic wines, cured meats and cheeses, an atmosphere to be experienced and enjoyed! Tasting experience that can be included in the context of a mini-tour carried out independently, with a visit to Acqui Terme, an ancient spa town from the Roman era, Bormida Monastery and Bistagno, small villages characterized by an atmosphere of times gone by.

THE CHEESE ALCHEMIST
A true artist of cheesemaking and refining, in his farmhouse, equipped with a laboratory and rooms for maturing, this friendly gentleman produces over 70 types of cheeses thanks to his knowledge of moulds, ferments and lactic curds. The journey unfolds along all the procedures, with storytelling and anecdotes about his life and his profession; at the end, tasting with: 4 dishes in 4 courses with a minimum of 8 types of cheese, 4 dedicated glasses of wine divided into 4 dishes, tasting of oils and breads, breadsticks, liqueurs and digestives of own production and coffee. A “must” for cheese lovers!

50 SHADES OF RUCHE'
Ruché is a centuries-old vine; its history is not known exactly, but it is certainly one of the most interesting and dynamic native Piedmontese vines. There are various legends about his name, with one in particular which seems the most reliable. It is said that in a farmhouse, called "Rocca", some friars vinified this sweet wine to give to the inhabitants of the nearby Poggio castle: hence the origin of the term Ruchè. It sprouts slightly later than other vines, with a brighter green vegetation and denser shoots. It produces a long, sparse bunch, with round grapes and many seeds. Always very sweet and very early grapes.
It can be drunk vintage or even aged. Visit to the production cellar and tasting of 4 Ruche' paired with local salami and cheese. An experience that can be completed with a visit to Frassinello Monferrato and a visit to the Castle or Vignale Monferrato with truffle hunting, quad biking or e-bike rental for a "walk" among the vineyards and the rolling hills of Monferrato.

UNDERGROUND CATHEDRAL
we called it "Spend a day with us" and it can be booked from Tuesday to Sunday, it takes place in the cellars of Canelli, Castagnole delle Lanze and Santo Stefano Belbo, for lunch: -In the morning we will visit Contract, during the tour they will explain the method of wine production and you will walk together through the galleries which, since 2014, have been part of the Unesco Heritage of the Underground Cathedrals of Wine; the tour will be followed by the tasting of Classic Method sparkling wines, all vintage. Afterwards, you will independently reach the Ape Wine Bar in Santo Stefano Belbo which will be happy to welcome you for a lunch in which territory and experimentation will pleasantly meet, obviously accompanied by the Contract wines. In the afternoon we will independently reach Castagnole delle Lanze to visit La Spinetta, in order to end your day in style: you will taste the great wines of Piedmont in the splendid setting of the barrel cellar and the Langa hills.
ARCHERY
exclusively, only in Monferrato, you will be accompanied and instructed by Giulia Barbaro, world champion of "natural" shooting, through a route in the middle of the property park face to face with life-size animal silhouettes. Typical reception day:
Coffee time: sweet/savoury (focaccia, tart, typical local sweets) coffee and fruit juice
Light lunch: tasting of typical local products (e.g. fillet steak, truffle salami, local cheeses, etc.), hot dish (generally a first course such as ravioli "plin", tagliolini with "home made" sauces), covered water and wine ( Dolcetto, local Barbera DOC). pick-up and release Vignale Monferrato: The routes are in a radius of approximately 50 km around Vignale Monferrato, touching various neighboring towns including Cuccaro, Lu, Conzano, Camagna, Altavilla, Viarigi, Fubine, Montemagno, Ottiglio, Frassinello and many others.
The roads traveled are mainly dirt roads, surrounded by vineyards, woods, meadows, hazelnut groves and orchards. From Friday to Sunday with the following slots: 10.30am/2.30pm/4.30pm/6.30pm

SUNSET QUAD PACKAGE: the activity is suitable for everyone (totally unpaved route). The excursion lasts a total of 120 minutes, including initial briefing and several stops during the tour to see and photograph the magnificent landscapes of Monferrato with the colors of the sunset and possibly change drivers where necessary. An aperitif stop is also planned during the journey.

LAMA & ALPACA
Experience for the whole family, lasting a day. You will be "instructed" on how these friendly walking companions are prepared, how they feed themselves and how to make them walk alongside you through woods and vineyards until they reach a Castle for a short break and a tasting of local wines accompanied by pizza and focaccia. CRAZY COOKING CLASS
Not the usual cooking class, but a laboratory in the kitchen with the traditional creation of bread, raviolini del plin and Piedmontese bonet, all then consumed at the estate, with wines of own production and a final gift from the Chef, which will be a pleasant surprise for everyone!
You will be given notes to write down the recipes and a bottle of wine for every two participants.

For lovers of nature, horses and ponies, a wonderful walk (suitable for everyone) lasting approximately 1 hour (up to 3 hours for experts), American riding.
